World Class Wines
Priam Vineyards has won numerous International wine competition medals in the past few years as a winery.Their International Award-Winning wines are produced in the style of Northern France and Germany. They presently produce 15 hand crafted wines which are released at different times throughout the year. Our grapes are hand picked to avoid bruising and ensure the freshest flavor, which ultimately carries through to wines. Great wines start with a great vineyard and we have always been pleasantly surprised at what Mother Nature brings us.
With our wines being hand crafted, and not large bulk production, there are sometimes slight variations in the vintages from year to year. We suggest that you come in to do a tasting a few months prior to your event, to select and set aside the wines you may want for your special event. We are happy to cellar those for you.

St. Croix, 750 ml.
The St. Croix grape aged one year for a dry red. Bright cherry with a hint of oak for a very fragrant nose. Brilliant fruit, cherry & raspberry and soft tannins on the palate, and a finish of smoky cocoa & cherry. Delicious with stronger foods or wild game such as duck, venison, lamb, grilled salmon or cajun grilled swordfish.

St. Croix-PV, 750 ml.
The St. Croix grape aged two years for a crisp, dry red, with a fragrant, smoky, berry nose. Brilliant fruit, cherry & raspberry on the palate, andВ a finish of smoke, coffee & toast. Delicious with wild game such as duck or venison, lamb, grilled salmon or cajun grilled swordfish.

Salmon River Red, 750 ml.
A crisp, medium bodied Bordeaux style blend barrel aged one year. Very blackberry & smoke on the nose. Crisp raspberry & blackberry on the palate. Finishes with heavy tannins and crisp acidity. Great with dark chocolate and sea salt chocolate.

Salmon River Red-PV, 750 ml.
Our 2007 Bordeaux style blend, barrel aged three years and single barrel bottled. A complex smooth red with a nose of fig, berry and smoke. Very rich fruit, black cherry and chocolate on the palate, finishing with leather, toasted oak and tannins.

Westchester Red, 750 ml.
A semi-sweet red blend, barrel aged 24 months. Very fragrant & floral on the nose, with fig & toast. A spicy palate of black cherry, berries, soft, smoky oak and soft tannins on the finish. This wine is great with spicy, hearty dishes such as chili, pasta with meat sauce, buttery cheeses or game such as venison. Also delicious served chilled as a summer red with barbeque.

Essence of St. Croix, 375 ml.
Our 2007 Vineyard Reserve St. Croix, triple fermented and aged 2 years in oak barrels to achieve the smooth, creamy, smoky flavor of a port style wine. A excellent dessert wine with a nose of spice & smoke. Cherry, rapsberry and fig on the palate, with a finish of toasted almond. A wonderful balance of crisp acidity and rich sweetness. Very nice with a chocolate truffle.

Jeremy River White, 750 ml.
A semi-sweet Riesling blend, with a floral nose of lavender & honey. Full bodied on the palate, with flavors of honeydew and peach. Has a lingering crisp finish of apricot. The sweetest of our blends. Great with spicy foods, such as Sechuan, Indian, Thai, Cajun, even Barbeque.

Salmon River White, 750 ml.
A barrel fermented off-dry Chardonnay blend. Light oak, peach, honey and apple on the nose and palate, with a crisp, fruit finish. Also delicious with spicy foods such as Sechuan, Indian and Thai.

Chardonnay 750 ml. (2011) (NEW WINE)
Our first non-oaked Chardonnay released this year. It’s a crisp, dry, full bodied Chardonnay with a nose of melon & green apple. Crisp lemon and soft peach on the palate with a mineral finish.

Barrel Select Chardonnay, 750 ml.
A crisp, dry, medium bodied Chardonnay. Light, soft oak on the nose, tropical fruit and crisp lemon on the palate. Finishes with soft peach. Delicious with New England seafood.

Riesling, 750 ml.
An off-dry, Alsatian-style Riesling. Fragrant fruit, pear & lychee on the nose & palate, with a crisp citrus & mineral finish. Delicious with delicate seafoods, crab cakes, lobster and, shrimp.

Gewurztraminer, 750 ml.
A beautiful dry, crisp, Alsatian style white. Very complex, with a floral, fragrant nose of honey & citrus. Evolves on the palate in aroma & taste. Full bodied fruit with a crisp, clean citrus & mineral finish. Very food friendly. Great with turkey, ham, pork, chicken, scallops, raw clams & oysters.

Late Harvest Riesling, 500 ml.
A luscious dessert wine with a fragrant nose and palate of lavender, leechee & pear, finishing with honeysuckle. A wonderful balance of crisp acidity & rich sweetness fills your mouth with fruit & flowers. Wonderful “as” or “with” desserts such as white chocolate, cheesecake, vanilla ice cream or apple pie.

Late Harvest Gewurztraminer, 500 ml.
Our NEW dessert wine has a fragrant, floral nose of rose, apricot & peach. Flavorful lychee & honey on the palate, finishing with sugared ginger & candied citrus. A real treat for Gewurztraminer fans.

Blackledge Rose’ 750 ml.
A beautiful garnet red Rose’, 100% St. Croix free run, fresh raspberry & strawberry up front on the nose and palate, with a hint of pomegranate. With each purchase of this wine, a 15% donation will go to the Backus Hospital Breast Cancer Survivors Fund.
